I am running a day behind, so this is Monday, but yesterday was pretty much of a lazy day, only walked 70 minutes, no extra exercise, and my walking is good for my soul emoticon so I do it every day, but, I watched a good movie last evening, and got a little reading in,

I need this after a hectic week with the grands. School awards ceremonies, band concert, graduation night, graduation party.
Family sightseeing and BBQ. I am feeling it today! Rest today, zoo and challenge tomorrow.

A goal without a plan is just a wish.

We have been working hard with our challenges all week. For today, take a break. No, I don't mean you can go off of your eating plan. Sorry. What I mean is do something relaxing. Read a book, take a nap, work a puzzle, watch a movie, etc. Enjoy your Sunday and be ready for a big challenge on Monday !!!
