I shared an article with you guys on the "Knowledge is Power" thread. One of the things to help keep you motivated is to try new things.

Today's challenge is to add a Spark Video workout to your regular workout. Go to the Articles and Videos tab and choose which one you would like to do. Come back and share which one you did.
