I have been gone for a while, but consider this my base group. I am grateful for those who have stepped forward to keep us challenged. The reason I value this group is that it keep me tuned in and focused. The challenges are health building and valuable to me.

July
1. Walk outside 5 times for day.
2. Log in my food.
3 Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
4. log into SP each day and do challenges from the 1 Day Challenge.

My July Goals:

1. Get on the treadmill or walk outside 3 times per week
2. Wii Fit at least 2 times per week
3. Log everything I eat

My big goal is to lose 8 pounds in July. I have been goofing around long enough. I know how to do this. I have two trips coming up and I must get my weight down before they get here.

Run three days/week (working toward 10K in November)

This will be the last challenge I post for a while. MKATE88 will be coming back to post challenges beginning Monday July 1st. I have enjoyed keeping us going and I have been renewed in my motivation.

For Sunday 6/30/13 set your goals for July. It's important to have goals and I think it helps to have short term goals. If you set one week, one month or goals by a certain event it helps you to have accomplishments often.

HAVE FUN!!!!
