I am in for this too, Thanks, I did the pilates last evening and it was very easy, so not sure I was doing it right, but surprised me what it was, thought it was more complex, but capoeria tonight for sure needs lots of help for my bootie emoticon

I like doing squats but can't maintain that position due to bad knees.

Done, that was certainly fun and good for the balance. I did not do this move very fast at all, I guess I am not that coordinated.

Today's move comes from Capoeira, a Brazilian form of Martial Arts. Today's move is the "Ginga", meaning to rock back and forth. I will do my best to explain, but I have included a link to Capoeira's wiki page for a video. Start in a squat with you feet together. Step right foot to the right, then step left foot back. Shift your weight into your right foot, step left foot to the left, and step right foot back. Use one arm to shield your face, and the other is out for balance.

I find the ginga is more effective when I perform it slowly, not fast like in the video. This move helps with balance, and maintaining a squat is good for your booty.
