I have had lots of exercise today, mostly fall cleaning, and I am not done with my kitchen yet, lots of work, lots of oak to clean and wax, most of that is done, so I did do free form Friday, I did a sparks videos, and a nice walk

That's a fun workout! We have some sunshine today with rain forecast for the weekend so I'll make my goal a vigorous tidy up of the garden. Lots of stretching, bending and raking of leaves going on there!

My challenge today was to get myself organized and motivated to take advantage of a perfect kayaking day today. Didn't get home until 1 a.m., so had to get it all planned out and pulled together in the wee hours of the morning, get myself out of bed this morning, resist the temptation to take a lunch-time nap, and get myself out on the lake. SO glad I managed to pull it together. It was the best kayaking day of the season!

(oops, timing's a little off; I'll swap today for yesterday and call it good)
