Good article! Squeezed in a little morning yoga before breakfast...a few sun salutations. A nice walk thru the woods in the rain after lunch...sounds so pretty falling on the leaves! Love that!

I got over 8 hours sleep last night, and I worked outside some this morning, (sun) went to aerobics class 60 minutes (exercise) drank my 9 glasses of water maybe I need that inversion, but I have put in 3 really busy active house cleaning hard work, and I think I need to take a couple days off, which will happen tomorrow emoticon
