My push-up is usually tabletop, on the rare occasion that I do a pushup. Per this challenge, I will see just how many I can do throughout the day. emoticon emoticon

Wall push ups work best for me! Floor push ups are NOT! my favorite, but today Iíll challenge myself to do a few modified push ups on the floor! emoticon

Let's work the upper body for improved upper body strength, flexibility and range of motion.

Start with wall pushups. Be sure to pay attention to proper form as noted in the demo...

If you can, hit the floor and try it on your knees or toes. Do as many sets of ten as you can do safely, with proper form.

I also like table top pushups as seen in the Spark 10-minute upper body video.

Get down on hands and knees, keep back flat, abs engaged. Lower chest close to the floor and push back up slowly focusing on chest muscles.

For a demo, see the Spark 10-minute video. Fast forward to 9 minute and 27 seconds. Of course feel free to do the entire 10-minute video.
