yard wrok yard work and more yard work, 4 1/2 hours this morning, and I just went out and planted some more flowers, I did get in 2 short sparks videos with my ball and weights, booty and legs, it will be a early night for me.

My challenge today is simply to stick to my workout plans. I am so sore from yesterday, but I will not give in to the temptation to rest today. The plan for today is:

Morning stretch routine (done)
15 minutes on stationary bike (had to stop after 5 minutes, but will complete it)
3 mile walk (45 mins)

It's been an exhausting week. My challenge is to 1) get in a walk once the sun comes out this afternoon and 2) get a little extra sleep either by sneaking in a nap over lunch hour or by going to bed early. People in my office are sick, and I don't want to get run down and succumb.

The weekend is upon us. How will you set yourself for success?

New members, Fridays are the days you get to repeat a previous day's challenge or make up one of your own.

I'm going to repeat Tuesday's challenge, the 4,3,2,1 workout. Below is the link to the article where I found this if anyone wants to read more about it......

It's 4 minutes of cardio, 3 minutes of resistance training, 2 minutes of core work and one minute of breathing and stretching although I do that for several minutes afterward.
