i just got off my bike and don't want to sit more. i'll do the standing core video. i think it's day 4 of some series.

Did my Pilates core workout yesterday emoticon

But I did write out my weekend menus and put them on my fridge! No excuses when it's right in front of me! Lots of fresh fall veggies still at our local farm stand...but not for much longer! Cold weather is on it's way!

Funny thing is weekends are easy for me... I work Saturday Sunday Monday. Packing lunches and having scheduled breaks it is easy to stay on track. I will begin planning my weeks. It works well because I was planning on planning Thursday. I like when challenges fit what I think I need to do. Thanks :0)

According to health.harvard.edu, a strong core enhances balance and stability. Thus, it can help prevent falls and injuries.

So today's Fit2Feast challenge, work your core for at least 10 minutes with either of the following Spark videos:
