nuts, seafood, avocado, exercise. can't afford olive oil calories, but if i use oil, it's olive oil.
will do 10 min now.

my hdl is not high enough, I love nuts avocadoes cook with almost only olive oil, oatmeal I love too, just do not eat it as often as I should, with fall and winter coming on, I will eat more,
I did a 9 minute seated arm and shoulder workout this afternoon, and went to the gym 60 minutes class, I will study that article and see what I can do better,

nuts - not nearly enough
seafood - lots! we live 10 miles from the coast
oatmeal - love it, also like Cheerios emoticon
olive oil - never used it
avocado - nope
exercise - every day!

Just got home from taking my youngest to get his tonsils out. As I am able, I will try these workouts!

nuts - yes
seafood - allergic to shellfish so seafood is limited
oatmeal - sometimes
olive oil - in salads or when cooking (just a little though)
avocado - love avocados!
exercise - usually everyday
