thanks for letting us know about kindness day, I guess I will treat my DH a bit better this evening, (darn)
I went to aerobics class this morning and did a crunchless core sparks workout, hope that helped my back a bit

Fit2Feast Challenge: Some people neglect the back muscles since they don't see it in the mirror. Strong back muscles improve posture and function.
