I walked outside 30 minutes, and then I walked on my treadmill for 1/2 mile, not far but I did it fast emoticon and then I did a 11 minute chair cardio workout
I got a new exercise dvd, going to try it tomorrow

Rested my knees, which suffered as a result of trying a Jessica Smith step vid on a wii step yesterday. Dumb idea, not something she would recommend and entirely my fault. I should know better.

However, I made good use of my time by setting up my Christmas planner and getting a lot of jobs rolling.

Back on the flat for some walking tomorrow.

I have been so exhausted and slammed this week...
Tonight I will get laundry and dishes done... dancing/marching while I fold to increase step count. I will also do at least 5 flights of stairs (likely with laundry baskets).

What if I fall?

yesterday was a rest day. i did nothing. repeating posture is a good idea. i'll copy and add at least 10 min cardio..

Going to do a cleaning "frenzy" for 45 minutes (heavy duty at a vigorous pace) - been drinking my water - working on the fruits & veggies.

Fit2Feast Challenge:

If you're not resting, add 10 minutes to your planned activity. If you are resting, spend 10 minutes in a quiet place doing some deep cleansing breaths.

I will repeat the posture video. That was a little difficult for me which tells me I need to keep at it! My posture could use some work.
