I really did some stretches today, last night, big time cramps in my upper thigh,
went to senior aerobics and today was also lots of stretching and upper body, so that is good, I went for my OLD normal walk today, over 30 minutes at a good pace, first time I have made that since before Christmas, so makes me happy

I just finished stretching after my walk from the bus to work (about 10 min). Will be doing more through out the day. Got 11 flights in yesterday, going to see if I can do it again today.

A good one. I definitely get 'computer shoulders' .

Tender left knee today. Not sure why but I'll treat it with respect and ease off on non-essential movement.
