So here's how I plan to hit all the body beautiful nutrient categories today:
Vitamin A - carrots and spinach
Vitamin C - spinach and oranges
Vitamin E - spinach and walnuts
Biotin - Walnuts
Niacin - mushrooms and peas (that's gonna be a very colorful salad)
Selenium - whole grain wheat cereal
Copper - nuts and peas
Zinc - whole grain wheat cereal
Fatty acids - walnuts and olives. Maybe I'll request salmon for supper (even tho I don't like it)
Antioxidants - blueberries
