Did plenty of walks with the pup today. Also went to the store and got a few things done around the house.

Hi Kellie and team
I've missed a spell, unfortunately because I have developed some spinal damage. Not a pretty few weeks but I am happily stabilised and Physio starts on Monday.
I'm signed off teaching for the remainder of the school term so will probably be going stir crazy after a week!
I'll do little bits of what I can. Kellie, it's good to know this group is here!

I walked up the stairs to my workout- and I though walking up the stairs was a workout. Then my PT got me and we did all kinds of things. After it was done I walked down two flights of stairs again. That was also hard because my knees are stiff. So I had a real good workout today.

Friday I will take the stairs when I can.
