Took some walks and finished up decorating the tree today. Went to a Christmas concert tonight with friends. It was wonderful.

Got caught up on my documenting my field work AND stayed in calorie range, resisting the office treats that were EVERYwhere.

This evening DH and I are attending a special yoga class for the full moon: 108 sun salutes, followed by some intention setting and a brief yoga Nidra.

Made it to the end of Christmas Activities week and the end of the school term!
