As seen on fitnessblender.com.... perform two sets of your strength training exercise as you normally do, then do a third set slowly at the hardest part of the move.

For example, on the up of a bicep curl, tricep extension or coming up in a pushup (or pushing away from the wall on a wall pushup) go slooooooooowwwwwww.

Pick a muscle group you haven't worked in at least 24 hours.
