I have physio this morning, then a planned home yoga practice, and later the pool for a deep water workout. Movement, with ease in mind.

I've been walking recently in my local park after dropping my son off at work - yesterday altho it wasn't bad temp wise (23 I believe) it was very windy and where I walk I would have been walking heading into that wind (which made it much much colder) - today we have 3" of snow on the ground and it's 16 degrees. Obviously the trails are covered so no walking again - so I guess I'll just do a bunch of housework

The choices you make today determine who and what you become tomorrow and always remember that if you choose to live in a cocoon you will never become a butterfly

So far today 35 mins of normal yoga, 19 mins yoga as part of challenge and 10 mins of meditation. Will be getting ready for long walk on Saturday later today.
