Did lots of outdoor walks with Sadie today. She is loving being outside as much as I do.

Because our winter is so long, and because I love to putter in the garden and yard, I manage to spend much of each day outdoors whenever the weather permits - and even sometimes when it doesn’t,but I go out anyway!

My friend has inspired me to get out my crayons and add some bullet art to my daily to-do list. I think it will be fun!

Goals for June:
Hoop and/or yoga in the backyard everyday - unless it is raining
Finish my 30 days of Dog Training for Dummies (Personal 30 day challenge to improve my dogs (and my own) training and behaviour, esp for walking on the leash)
5 Day Deep Relaxation course with Tracee Stanley on Commune - (Focus on Yoga Nidra)

Get outside and get your vitamin D. Try to get outdoors if you are able... even if just for a five-minute walk. Check out the benefits of getting outside and get your five Spark points at the end of the article....

"being outdoors and aware of the world's beauty can make you feel energized and alive."

If the weather is dangerous or you are recovering from injury or illness, open your curtains or blinds to let some natural light in... and get your rest!

BONUS/ALTERNATE CHALLENGE: May 30 is National Creativity Day. Get out your coloring books and crayons (or paper and marker, colored pencils or just a piece of paper and pen or pencil) and get coloring or doodling. Nobody has to see it but you, let yourself go.

Celebrate imaginative spirits everywhere!

Do you have a goal or two in mind for June? Post it somewhere you will see it every day and take baby steps each day towards your goals.
