Join me in stretching your back. My back has been tightening up over the last two weeks. I'm working on consistent stretching and lower back yoga.

Some stretches can be done in bed if you cannot get on the floor:

Lying Hip & Glute Stretch - it also feels good on the lower back...

Child's Pose - When my lower back is tight, it's not easy to get on the floor but I take it slow and I feel a bit better afterward. You could do this in bed too.
