I love doing the daily emails - and it motivates me as too! I'm not sure I'll manage to keep that up for the next run through 100 Days of Weight Loss........... but I'll think of something.

We will re-start the "100 Days of Weight Loss" on Monday, 5th August.

I’ve been absent from the team and bogged down with life’s time consuming problems, health issues, and commitments. Things are getting better now and first I want to thank Gill for being the most amazing team leader! Wanted to do this earlier as I hurried to finish up all my late posts for the “100 More Days” work. All those early morning SparkMails were always encouraging and it was a great way to start my SparkDay!! So, Gill, thank you, thank you, thank you for all your leadership, motivation, and inspiration. You are a treasure and have done so much to help the team and me on this weight loss journey. Because I was away and did not vote on what comes next, don’t think I was not interested...I was just away. I feel this team is so great I’m glad to go along with where the ride takes me. I learned so much more about myself and emotional eating on that last “think, probe, and discovery” during the “100 More Days”, I am ready to keep going. Thanks and best wishes to all!!

Just checkin' in - I'll just be joining in on August 5th. I have the book, and I printed out the journal (or workbook, not sure what to call it since I left it at work), which I will put into a binder. Is there anything else I need to start?

We have an out of town trip, then guests coming for the rest of July.

Overall, the mood seems to be that we'll continue with 100 Days of Weight Loss on Monday 5th August.

However, I've also just figured out that there are 14 days between the end of 100 MORE DWL on 19th July, and the start of 100 DWL on 5th August

So - if, like me, you'd find it helpful to go through Friends with the Scale - we could do it at a rate of two chapters a day.................. wanna join me?

Hello, I hoe this message finds you in great spirits and health. We are truly blessed to have a wonderful tem leader. I just wanted you to know how much the group really helps me to stay focused. From the first day you helped me and I appreciate that. Those emails and your writings is what keep me encouraged. I was doing the IF fasting approach before I found out a few health issues just a few days ago. (nothing too serious but I had to take Iron because my levels were very low. I stopped with the fasting because now is not a good time . I'm taking another approach to weight loss. Im reading the book that I have had for a few years I think not really sure how long I've had it but I plan on purchasing more of her books when you start on the others. I really like about the group is your dedication most of all. emoticon Thanks so much for the inspiration!! Wishing you a great day or evening. Thank you for the feedback, and compliments! I love helping this team stay alive - I believe in its message - it's not a quick-fix thing, but it's certainly a hopeful way to progress towards overcoming the bulk of our emotional eating habits.

I have ordered the 100 Days book and should receive it in a few days, but I don't have the Friends with Scale one--so my vote would go to the 100 Days.

That being said, if you'll do the same thing with links via SparkMail to the content of Friends with the Scale I'm more than happy to go with that one.

Yeah, I'm no help here. Either one is okay.
