On fast mornings I have a cup of cottage cheese with canned peaches. On slower mornings I have oatmeal with maple syrup and either raisins or walnuts. The oatmeal is much higher cal but keeps me full longer. I also make enough to share with the baby and he loves it.

I really like Kashi Go Lean cereals. They have one with extra protein and they are really tasty. Although if you need something to eat on the go this is probably not the food to eat.
