I have a few times that I do. I will sometimes get up an hour earlier than I would if I was just getting ready for work and get it done then.
My sister works at the daycare my son goes to and she brings him to her house so sometimes I get it done right after work before picking him up from her.
Sometimes I just have to wait until my son goes to bed at night and do it then.

I try to plan ahead the day before to see when it will fit in my schedule that next day.

I work full time, so I either workout during lunch or go for a night run after the kids are in bed.

Right now all I can really do is what I can include them in. Hoping to gain a little more workout momentum once my oldest starts pre-k next week.

For all you busy moms that still work out- when do you find the time?
Do you workout when baby/ little one is napping? Before they wake up? When they go to bed?
