I typically will have an Herbalife shake. These are nutritious meal replacements that are full of the protein and nutrients that you need for a healthy meal.

I always have healthy breakfast food at home like fruit, greek yogurt, eggs and cereal. I try to eat a healthy combination of those things most days. But I keep a few meal bars in my desk drawer and in my car for days that I didn't get around to making something. That way if I'm running around or get too busy in the morning, I still have an easy, somewhat wholesome breakfast. No excuses.
I hear mixed results on the meal bars so I try to pick ones that aren't going to pack on extra calories that I'm not burning off or preservatives, etc. But in my mind, it's still a better choice than skipping breakfast or going through a drive thru.

Breakfast is sometimes the hardest meal of the day for me because I am usually in a hurry, even when I have everything ready the night before. So sometimes I don't eat healthy.
What do you eat for breakfast? Any tips for having healthy foods ready ahead of time?
