My goal is to maintain my weight (which may be difficult as I am 23 weeks pregnant). I had to join this website for a health and wellness class. Is it hard to lose that baby weight after birth?

My weight loss goal is to be 68 kilos. I was obese pre baby, 97kilos. Now im 110 but breastfeeding so i wont cut much calories. Im gonna try to eat what i really need. Im dealing with emotional eating so if i can deal with it for now and binge once in a blue moon it is 0k. I would start weight loss after stop breastfeeding, my baby is 2 month old ..
My exercise goal is to walk 30 minutes per day .

Do you have a plan for weight loss and/or fitness? Are you presently in maintenance?

Do you have any tips or tools to share?

If you are losing the baby weight or just losing weight in general, how much weight do you have to lose and how much weight would you like to lose? What kind of plan have you put in place to help you reach your goal?

Do you have enough support to reach your goals? If not, what are some ways you can get more support?
