These are the goals as defined by Amanda (blessedbeing). We welcome you to alter them as you see fit for your needs. Each one of us is vastly different from the next. If you look at the past 5 challenges in the maiden's section they are all related to these 5 team goals. You might find some other members have addressed something more specific to you.

Remember most of your personal goals will fit into more than one team goal. If I can help you any more please just ask.


"We are big on choice here, and encouraging you to choose and individualize the goals, actions, and habits that will assist you in honoring, strengthening, freeing *your* inner goddess. You may want to focus on a goal in each area for the week or the month. You certainly don't need to join all 5 goals. Just consider incorporating the different elements and spirit into your daily life, and how to improve your total well-being and health, instead of just focusing on losing weight.

Earth:
Honor your physical body with nutritious food in moderation and healthful exercise (you choose the specifics), or practice earth-friendly habits to nurture our planet. You may have already established targets for fitness or cardio minutes or strenthening reps. You may be logging your food intake, increasing fiber or fruit & veggie servings. Perhaps you are practicing abstinence--cutting out alcohol, artificial sweeteners, meat, certain red-light foods, gluten. Any of these are perfect ways to tailor the Earth goal to your program. It isn't necessary to add something new to check off the goal each day. And should you have reached your fitness goals and already practice environmentally-conscious habits on a regular basis, consider that the Tarot suit of Discs, Coins, Pentacles also concerns wealth, so you might choose a goal that encourages prosperity thinking and financial well-being.


Air: Air may connote mental activity, refreshing breezes, or cleansing winds. Choose to focus the mind with meditation or affirmations, spend time outdoors in the fresh air, or create space in your home and life by blowing away the clutter. If you are pursuing educational goals, studying about the goddess, or consciously working to increase your mindfulness, these can also fulfill the goal and speak to strenthening this side of your life and being.


Water: If drinking enough water is a challenge for you, choose a literal Water goal (you set the amount). Or work with your emotions through journaling, healing work, working your steps--whatever will help you flow more harmoniously through life. Or consciously nurture your relationships with partner, family, friends.


Fire: Do you choose to fuel the Fire of your creativity through writing, painting or some other form of expression? Will you fan your Spark by logging on, share your Spark by participating in your teams or supporting a Spark Friend who is struggling or acknowledging one who is making progress? Developing your own leadership skills might be another way to feed your inner fire and allow it to light the way for others.


Spirit: How will you honor the Goddess? Through ritual or prayer? Giving thanks? Practicing your favorite form of divination or your Craft? Reading spiritual books? Communing with Nature? Choose how you will connect with and celebrate the Divine within you and in your world."
