Weighed in on June 21st at 161.5 lbs. It's coming off very slowly and I'm writiing everything down and shooting for 1200-1300 calories. I'm just happy I'm not gaining. Guess I need to exercise some more who knows?!

Bought a new scale, have not been on plan, no exercises to track = 173.4 I am irritated enough with myself that I am back on the straight if not narrow! lol!

Just starting but frustrated today showed I gained a pound 221 emoticon I've been walkin by bootie off and today I stepped up on the fitness tracker so hopefully that will help!!! I need all the help I can get

370 w/e 6/11 I have had a reality check this past week.

I have adjusted my ticker & weight on the challenge sheet too.

I had been retaining water quit badly and have now gotten on a water pill. I've dumped the water and discovered that I have gained back 20 lbs of fat! I have been lacks with my tracking too. I have now corrected these things and will be on the way down again!! Thanks for all the help and the place to get and be honest with myself!!

back down to 127.5...........the yo-yo is KILLING me! i keep getting discouraged and eating too much because i feel like it's not doing any good anyway! argh!

i'm going to try to be extra good this week and see if i can't finally get below 127.5. i have never seen 126 on a scale and i think it would give me a BIG boost.

Back from a LONG hiatus. I gained 4 lbs during my time, but I also went from 217 to 235 and back down to 221.4 I am back and on a mission to get this done. I need to get down to 170-175 for the Army and I am willing to work for it.
