Count me in, I can generally do anything after 4pm m-f, but will be starting school in January, so I am not sure how my schedule would be, but generally most sundays and saturdays I have open.

Anyone interested in a weekly motivation meeting? Sort of like weight watchers but no weighing in except with ideas and help and support. We could use my house or even a Starbucks or better yet we could meet at the mall, do a fun fast walk around the mall (half hour or so)and then meet around Gloria Jeans for coffee (or any drink) and talk! I love it, I could really use this if anyone is interested!!!!!

Hi, is anyone planning on anything for the winter months? The ones where we can't get outside as much to do things? Mall walking, or something fun, to get motivated during the months we all want to stay inside and be cozy? This is my worst time of year, the holidays with all the food, and family and friends that say eat more, have more, there's plenty to go around. I have a hard time saying no, so I was wondering if we can have some sort of support group/adventure for the winter months? thanks.

I've definitely lost my "spark" and need some motivation. Getting together at the beach was great and I really regret missing the walk. I'd love to see more events like these. Perhaps a get together to plan meals? Or to share "tools"? Debbie told me about some things on SP that I never knew existed.
