lunch- cappelle pasta with homemade marinara sauce, and diced chicken.

snack- an array of raspberries; blueberries;blackberries nectarines and grapes.

Dinner - lemon pepper chicken, sweet corn and mashed potatoes- with a side salad of mixed baby greens, red onions, sprouts , carrots and a little avocado- with cherry vinaigrette.

For a snack today I re-discovered pretzels. I had handfuls - HANDFULS for only 100 calories. Meanwhile I have been sitting around eating those little hundred calorie packs with 4 cookies in it! It was so good I think I want to eat it every day.
