The oxygen is helping! I had breakfast with my sisters and nephew and son, then my son and I went to the car wash and I washed my car and vacuumed it out. That is the most I have done in one day in months!

Thank you, I am hopeful for April too! I have the oxygen now and slept 12 hours last night, only getting up once to use the bathroom. lol
I think things will be looking up!
My activity tracker won't sync with my computer anymore. I really liked using it until it stopped working-it does motivate me to walk more

I'm hopeful for April. Just keep looking forward and up.

We just got through with a storm that brought thunderstorms, hail, rain, sleet and snow. All at the same time! Now back to Spring!

Thanks, Lee. I have to admit having an activity tracker really does help you do more. It's like I can't get enough activity or steps in my day. I'm always wanting to do more.

Hey Suz~ I'm sorry that you haven't been feeling well, and very glad that you are doing what it takes to take care of yourself and feel better.

April is coming up very quickly. I'm holding that April will be a wonderful month for all of us!

The training on Sunday went quite well. The staff person and the 2 co-facilitators were also pleased with how it went.

Thank you! I did get the oxygen last night. I only need it at night for now, so that is good:) I think I will start feeling better soon. I had a CT scan last week and they found about 5 new nodules on my lungs. The doctor said probably because of the lung infection I have and he is going to do another scan in 3 months and see if they are still there then.
I think I am on the mend though!

Cindi, spring break sounds nice for you and your in-laws. I hope you get to walk as much as you want!
Once again, I have been sick. I am going to get home oxygen now and I think I will start feeling better and have more energy. I sure hope so! I guess my motivation has been put off until April, but that's not that far away:)

Just stopping by to say hello. Been doing Spring Break with my son and its been fun.
Nothing else at this point. Getting lots of steps in. Tonight I did my walk/run workout.

Enjoying our long weekend. I got a lot of steps even though we were traveling yesterday. Today, I got even more. And I've been staying focused on my eating. Hopefully I'll get home and see some progress.

Had a nice weekend. The tempts were very Springlike, so I got lots of walking done. Did some cooking, too.

Next week we are going for a extra long weekend with our son to my husband's parents. First time we've done any traveling for Spring Break. I'm hoping to get some walking done. Also, when there we cook for my in-laws, so I'm looking for something new to try. They are shut-in now and so they enjoy when we come and bring some variety to their routines.

On the down side, my weight isn't budging. But, I'm working on it.

Today I'm feeling a positive change already. Whew emoticon I don't know what I would have done if things had kept going the way they were. So, they are not and I am very grateful and appreciative of that!

I will surely look for some motivation this month!

So far I have been motivated to exercise everyday this month emoticon Yes, I know it has only been two days, but still ...

My scale surprised me in a good way this morning. It said that I was down 4 pounds! How about that.

I like this. I am motivated to Spring forward in March! Today is a new season a new beginning. In two weeks we leave for our Spring Break trip with our son. Nothing fancy. Just visiting the in-laws who live far enough south that the weather will be more spring like.
