I ought to say my batwings, but I don't think I'll have dealt with that by the end of the year, so...

(1) achieve my goal weight
(2) run my first triathlon
(3) can enough tomatoes to get me to next harvest
(4) complete New Testament course
(5) make peace with my ex-husband

In no order:

1) Learn to rollerskate
2) Do 10-15 pushups on my toes (instead of my knees)
3) Manage my finances to be able to retire from my preset job (but not life) in 2 years
4) Lose the last 8 pounds (probably all in my bat wings - LOL !!)
5) Celebrate and enjoy each day that God has given me

5. Redecorate two rooms in my house

There will be good days; there will be bad days Ė sometimes several in a row. There will be lazy days and discouraging days. But there will also be days of revelation, days of making a breakthrough, days of being proud of who you are becoming, days of wanting to climb on top of your success and reach for the stars, because you just know that anything is possible. By the end of this year I would like to (no particular order):

1. lose 32 lbs (I no strange #)

2. do a 5k or be prepared to do one next year

3. increase my workout time to 45-60 min consistently

4. spend more quality time wit my kids

5. Learn to cook good food that is healthy

Ooh, I like this; 5 Things I will accomplish by the end of 2009

1. Putting away at least $1000 in my savings account.
2. Getting down to a body weight of no more than 185 lbs.
3. Paying off my car note and last major credit card.
4. Attaining my M.S.Ed in Interdisciplinary Studies in Human Development.
5. Hrmm...this one's tough...the only other things I want are things I can't control...

guess I'll stop here then. :o)

When you put the goals out there it makes them that much more real.

- lose 10-13 lbs.
- Do well in the breast cancer 3day walk.
- Skydive by end of august
- Stop procrastinating
- Send Sparks to all my fellow BBQ's
