Got off to a good start and stayed on track most weeks. The last week went downhill. During the challenge I lost and gained weight. Final weight loss was five pounds! Bought my two pair of Ross undies today - they are too cute.

On to the next challenge...on to the next one.

Didn't do as well as I liked but it got me off to a good start..am down about 6-7 pounds during this challenge. People have told me that they can actually tell a difference. Looking forward to the next challenge! Let's keep it going!

Thanks for this challenge at the start of the new year! I joined SP on January 3 and it helped me to get off to a great start. I lost 13.5 lbs on this challenge and that's some nice change for the sexy undie fund. Yea me and congrats to all the Beautiful Black Queens who lost even one ounce! Keep it up ladies!

Starting Tuesday of this week (my 6th week) I fell short my all my goals: water, meals/snacks and exercise. Work and life got super busy and stressful and I did not take the time to focus on my health. But, surprisly, I am glad that I fell down (again) this week because it's making me stronger on my journey. I fall and get back up again! On a positive note, I did exercise today and feel much better -- mentally and physically -- afterwards. PTL

Ok now my eating and water have not been the best the past few days and i can feel it. Boooooooooo, lol. Feeling sluggish. However, i Acomplished a hugh victory today by jogging note 1, not 2, but 3 miles non stop. Well except for a 60 second break to get my daughter off the swing. But i feel great about it.

I did horrible with this challenge.Dont know how much I weigh (scale broke) cancel Drs appt cuz i didnt want to get on scale how sad is that.But all is not lost I'm back on the band wagon and after reading Kia's sparkmail I'm more motivatie then every Thanks Kia.I still want weigh myself til next challenge starts.

SEXYSLIM78 any loss is a good thing so celebrate what you actually did this month which was awesome. You stuck to the challenge and saw some results, way to go! Its great that ur so determined and wont let the small number on the scale get you down, you can do it girl just keep doing the dang thang as Kia says.

Goals met today and i'm still feeling good but i need more rest, working out so hard and not resting enough is taking a toll on me. I feel so tired sometimes. will try to get my rest tonight.

Well i dont know what is going on with the scale but its not moving emoticon as much as i would like despite all my hard efforts emoticon But it is o.k., cuz im not giving up or in. So for the month of January i only loss 3 lbs and 4.5 inches. That's ok cuz i was sick like crazy the first week and PMSing like crazy the last week. TMI, im sorry emoticon

But all goals have been met for both yesterday and today emoticon

Hi,

My name is Tasha, I currently reside in the Central Jersey area (Middlesex Twp) and I have been with
SP for about 4 yrs, 2 of which I have spent on the run. I lost over 90 lbs from WW in 2007, and have since gained it all back!

But I have picked myself up and I am back again, just wanted to take a moment to say hi.

Is there anyone from my area? I am interested in perhaps starting up a group that will use sports (kickball, soccer, basketball, tennis etc..) as an alternative to traditional exercise. Perhaps we could use the gym at one of our local schools. Anyway if you are interested, or just want a nearby buddy please reach out.

Had a great start for the new year. I started drinking water again, working out more, controlling portion sizes and refrain from eating too late at night. So far for this month I've lost 4 pounds. We have another 2 weeks till this challenge is over. I would like to lose at least another pound by then and some inches. Will bring up the workout intensity too! Good luck everyone!!

Haven't weighed myself in almost 3 days so I'll post it when i do but overall I think I am doing ok. Rough past week w/ PMS but I survived! LOL


Water= done

excerise= done

fruits/veggies =DONE

goals have been met, went over once,but I know why. :) Hope everyone else is going good too! Keep it up ladies.... emoticon

Sad to say last week my sweet cravings took over me and I gained three pounds back. It was a busy week and my kiddos were sick, but there are NO excuses. emoticon But, that's okay I am back on track this week. emoticon
