I will hit the gym downstairs as soon as I get off. At least 30 min on the treadmill. I am going to get back in to my exercise groove because I want to join a running group next year. :-)

Today I plan to do my regular one hour of cardio, which includes 30 min of incline on the treadmill, 15 min on the stairmaster, and 15 min on the elliptical and if I feel up to it I'll get on the leg press machine to do 10 sets of 20 with 75 lb weight.

today's plan has already started with a 30 minute treadmill session

20 minute walk at work @ breaktime --already done

then I will finish the day with my strength training exercises.....



ONE DAY AT A TIME - EVERY MINUTE COUNTS - BABY STEPS = ACCOMPLISHED GOALS - LIVING MY LIFE LIKE ITS GOLDEN....

Goals/Accomplishments: based on a 4-wk month, counted as 28 days.
Minute Counts: monthly goal is increased by 10 minutes each month..

I hit the treadmill 7am for a quick 20 min jump start to my day. At 12:15 pm, I plan to give myself a break from my desk to walk up and down the stairs for 15 minutes. Trying to make the most of every day. I've received 3 dinner invitations and planning to decline them all. This is day 5 for me and until I gain sufficient understanding of how to order out, I'm staying in and celebrating with my treadmill. I'm not afraid--just don't want the temptation.
