Yes include me in on the challenge...my begining size was 22 now my current size is between 14-12...my goal is a size 10...I try to work out at the gym at least 3 times a week...strength and cardio...so I need all the help and motivation to get me there...

Yes, I want to be a part of this challenge. My current weight is 190. I have lost 10 pounds through walking and doing squats. I am in a lazy mode right now. I need and want to get down to 140 or 150 for my health. I do have hypertension, and that's the only medication I take. Help me!! thank you for this post.

I am on the journey too lose 45 pounds. I know it will be an uphill road. I am determined to hang in their.

This is my first challenge. Hopefully this will be the jump start I need. I will post starting weight tomorrow. I haven't weigh myself in awhile. Water goal atleast 32oz daily. 30 minutes exercise 3 days.

Oh, I am all the way in. This is the very first challenge that I have taken since I have joined SP. I am ready and set. So, let's get to going. I need to do this. I MUST GET BACK ON TRACK!! Although my walking ability is limited, I have decided to walk to the mail box in the back of my apartment complex tomorrow using my walker. I will try to keep walking at least 5 days a week since it is not so hot outside. Pray for me, my endurance, and positive life style changes.
