I'm a little late joining this challenge, so I'm sure I will not lose 12lbs. by Valentine's Day. However, I need to get the ball rolling somewhere so here goes:

up and down. up and down over here. lol emoticon I totally lost focus last night and ate a turkey and cheese sandwhich, and half dark hershey chocolate knowing i had to weigh in this morning,which added to my overall calorie intake this week, not good, so it looks lik i gained but back on track and really meausring food. I was tracking food, but I dont think the right serving amount, so now i actually measured a half cup of oatmeal instead of estimating and it sure is a lot less (SMH). on track now, glad i caught that. was tracking but overeating unknowingly.

I decided to take the challenge to lose 2pds a week last because a group of us a work wants to lose 50 pds by July 17th 2012 . I did not know the BBQ's are doing the same thing. Now I have more support. So far I cut back on my calories to 1500-1650. I work out at least 3 days a week. Sometimes 4. Before I was just going to the gym and eating whatever I wanted. emoticon So here I am a New year and a new me. So far it seems to be working. I weigh in tomorrow. Before my Kickboxing Class.

Good Morning, Well i finished my goals for yesterday emoticon . I decided to up my cardio to 2 hrs a day and strength Train 3 days a weak it's time to push myself alittle further if i want to get where i want to be.I'm also cutting out Turkey products just fish whole grains fruit and veggies.That's it for now time to get back to my Cardio emoticon

But I have been exercising a minimum of 60 min/day
Drinking 10 cups of water
Goal not met is staying in my calorie range
So I am working on this.
