Good Morning, Today I started 28 Day BootCamp Challenge to continue with this healthy lifestyle and those 10 mins really kicks your but and i did it twice along with my regular routine.
Now i have to adjust my nutrition & fitness tracker.

My "New Me" challenge is to lose 35 lbs. by April. By August another 30lbs. and I am to do it one week at a time. I am setting my pace and my alternative is I want to be as close to my goal within 7 lbs. or less. Well I am on my way knowing I CAN DO THIS!!!
