A round 83 Days and counting

I am hanging in there. emoticon Not sure what I weigh have not weighed in in a couple of days.

emoticon Have not tracked calories, emoticon have not worked out in the gym since Thursday. However I have been keeping up with the BBQ's emoticon

Lord willing I will get back on track tomorrow. emoticon

did well today, went out with friends ended up making them go to subway instead of some where else, I had the veggie delite, ft long, half lunch and half fordinner, got home and put black bean burger in the second 6 inch, all good veggies! emoticon

Hi Team! I'm kinda down today, I've gained 7 lbs in a month and seeing that # hit me real hard. I know I haven't been doing what I'm suppose to and started picking up bad habits again. Afternoon Queens,As of today I'm down 1lb emoticon .Havent started with a personal trainer yet been doing alot of walking with my Mom and my patient.Eating can use some improvement (working hard on that) Water-no problems there.I'm just taking it one day at a time and praying helps too.

Day 75 and 76 Rest Week. Did not work out pretty much stayed within calories, did not drink as much water as I would like. I did connect with BBQ's both days.

Thank you Ms Rozzie. I hate vitamins. I try to get them from veggies and fruits. Istill eat salmon and fish...chicken once a month. really stepping everything up to lose 10 May, June and July...lookin for the nexst challenge after this one. May 20 emoticon

Great Job Ms Rozzie, you coming on down, I m right behind you. Loving being a vegetarian, why didnt i think of this earlier. salmon, fish thats it, I stopped drinking meat and beef and pork over 20 years ago, but I was still eating chicken and turkey, now no more. I feel good.

Well this is my recovery and rest week. I only went to the gym on one day. I intended to do more but pulled a muscle yesterday so I am going to rest my body for the rest of the week and only do minor stretching.

Hi Everyone!
I am super late in joining the challenge, but I'm starting my 30 in 90 challenge today. I've been up and down with my weight loss since 2009. I managed to lose about 40 pounds have slowly put on half of it. My goal is to loose 30 pounds by July.

That means some serious organization, dedication and DISCIPLINE!

I've tried starting a sparkpage for almost 3 years now but have a hard time keeping on track I am hoping to find the support, motivation and understand here with some other BBQ's...Trying to reach my short term goal of 15lbs by the 1st of June...and 40lbs by september I know its going to be hard but I am determined hopefully I will find support and courage in some of you ladies...thank you hope to hear from some of you soon emoticon
