I plan to take a 30 minuet walk everyday during my lunch break at work. I plan to eat fruit and vegetables each day and this will help me to avoid eating junk food.

It's a Brand New kinda me. It's a Brand New kind of free.

My goals for this holiday season are to not gain any weight and to continue on the course that I am on. I am trying to be extra careful with my diet and exercise on the days leading up to Thanksgiving and the days following. That is because I know that there will be plenty of temptations on that day.

I plan to remind myself to eat in moderation at dinner. I can freeze some for later and eat it in small quantities at later dates. I am going to have the mind set that I can get some later I don't have to consume it all now.

Fitandloveley1 I struggled with drinking more water for a while. I discovered that I am more likely to drink bottled water than tap water. I am not willing to spend much on water though. I catch it on sale from Walgreens when it is 2$ for a 24 pack. I also use flavorings to make my self drink it. I am more likely to eat ice than drink water. Maybe you can find a way to make it more desirable.

A go to exercise helps me to stick to it on the days when I do not feel like it. I use an exercise bike while I look at my favorite shows. An exercise time and a time that I have to start winding other things down and preparing for it helps me to stick to it. Often once I get started with something easy then I get motivated to do more. Maybe you will find something that you get into and becomes a habit.

I have been walking/jogging for a week now. I'm feeling great, my self esteem is so much better than it ever has been. I just wish I can motivate myself to do a workout with my weights; I know I will lose more weight that way. I'm just proud of myself just for keeping up with this for this long. I hope I can stay motivated and mentally strong.

I did not eat well today, and that is one aspect of my journey that I have to work on.

I am seeing great results. Workout done for today is 200 sit-ups using AbLounge, 200 squats, 100 squats using 10 lb weight. After work, I will do 45 minutes of TaeBo.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with raisins and

Good morning BBQs! I am not posting like I should but here are the workouts tracked for this week so far...

Monday:
200 squats, 70 dips, 70 pull-ups, and 200 sit-ups using Ab Lounge.

Tuesday:
100 squats using dumb bell, 50 squats, and weights

Wednesday:
200 squats, 200 situps using AbLounge, and 35 minutes on Treadmill incline 13% at 3 mph

Good morning,

We all can do this BBQs! emoticon I fell off of the bandwagon for a little bit but I have hopped back on. Got on the scale today and lost 3 lbs in a week. I have been consistent with working out 6 days a week and eating clean. That is motivation for me to continue. Just remember that you have to put in the work to get results. Happy Monday! emoticon
