Hello Queens. I pray all is well. I am having a good day so far. I am trying to get adjusted to time change.

Feb. 5th weight 419.4 lbs
Feb. 25th weight 423.4 lbs
March 3rd weight 419.0
March 10th weight 416.0

I have 5 lbs to get to my next goal

March 9th 10 minutes of sitting & lying down exercises, 10 minutes of arm chair exercises.

March 10th 20 minutes of chair leg exercises and 10 minutes of chair arm exercises.

Just getting in on the challenge. I went on vacation and did not take any devices.
I managed to get through almost two weeks of no computer tracking with minimal gain. I'll take it given that I was in New Orleans and a cruise to Cozumel. Need I say more LOL. I've lost that gain already since I returned.

Activity this morning :45 minutes of Zumba, 15 minutes of pilates, washed the car
Back on track!!!

This is my second week on this challenge.
today I did 30 min cardio workout (Zumba)
I did 3 sets of 10 push ups, 3 sets of 20 crunches, and 3 sets of 20 squats.

I am doing good on tweaking my eating habits. I am with in my calorie range and I feel nutritionally satisfied.

I'm ready for the challenge. Tuesday I went to a total body conditioning class for an hour. Wednesday i worked out with a 10 pound medicine ball. I did 100 squats with the ball, and worked out on my arms and core. Today is gym day. 45 minutes on the treadmill and then strength training. I'm going to try my best to get it done. I hope and pray I can lose the 8 pounds this month, that would be great motivation for me. emoticon Lets Work!!!

Didn't get to do much today but run at work. Got in a quick 15 minute walk. But stayed on feet most of the day running patients so that had to do something. 12 hour shift legs hurtin!! emoticon

Cardio: Two 30-min sessions of dancing, playing & running with six 1.5 year-olds; (Don't knock it..if you have little ones, go ahead and do enthusiastic versions of the Hokey Pokey, The Wheels on the Bus, The Alphabet Song, Ring Around the Rosey, and a host of other kids' songs..it's low impact cardio..especially when trying to keep the attention of SIX little ones.. ROTFL) emoticon

Strength: 1 hour (cumulative) of squats to pick up toys, spilled food; deadlifts to pick up and put down the kids for diaper changes and lunges to catch 'runaways' during storytime or songtime.

(Hey.. 8 hours working @ a daycare - gotta work the workout any way I can! LOL) emoticon

10 minute lying down leg exercises, 10 minute chair leg exercises and 10 minutes chair arm exercises. I was within my calorie range. Only lost 0.4 lbs today at my monthly weigh in at the doctors. I am so happy to have lost the six pounds I had picked up between weigh ins.
