I have been told by a specialist that I have to reduce the amount of potassium I eat. She wouldn't recommend a dietician as my kidneys are not that bad. I went to one that I had heard of and she gave me the name Davita to look at. I was using their food journal but for the last 6 months they have discontinued it. Is there an app that could help me count my potassium? I do try to journal here on SparkPeople but have to search continually to see if the food entry has the potassium listed.
