Almost all green just missed floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal and had 15,540 steps. Today's workout plan is Legs and 20 min on stair master. Scale is down 1.1# from last Monday with body fat the same.

Cathe-I hope you feel better soon!

Yesterday I made a vegetable soup with carrots, spinach, cabbage, onions, zucchini, butternut squash, broccoli, tomatoes in my Crock Pot Express. It was easy and delicious, OH...and healthy! Yum!

Hi Fellow Biggest Losers,

I have been experiencing a lot of health issues these past few months and now I have the "killer" flu from taking care of my Mom when she had it. The only reason I am on the computer is I had to do the weekly awards -- otherwise, dark room, lots of liquids and very little food.

One of my go-to's for a fast and easy lunch is to prep 4 oz of canned tuna in water with 2 tbsp of light mayo and 1-2 tbsp of sweet pickle relish (depends on my mood) and eat it with celery sticks and or halved sweet mini peppers. I don't need silverware and it is a filling lunch under 300 cals. I added some grape tomatoes to it today.

I had 1% milkfat cottage cheese with 1 serving of mandarin oranges that were prepared with water instead of light syrup. Very delicious and very low calorie. Almost like a dessert.

It's 39 feels more like 32 with a high of 52 for today and a chance of rain later today. Fit quote for today: Progress is impossible without change and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.--George Bernard Shaw Motivational quote for today: Every day you wake up you have one job: to be better than yesterday. Almost all green just missed floors and came up 2hrs shy of achieving my steps per hour goal driving to and back from getting the body analysis done.(Starting numbers are in yesterday's blog). Got in a great 20 min stair master and Biceps/Legs workout yesterday after we got back. Will watch the weather today but I've got laundry to do and no time in the AM so will probably come home and still get my Chest/Abs and 20 min walk in here instead of 20 min on elliptical. Had 13,312 steps yesterday and am leading both Work week challenges that I'm in. Not bad considering I put my Charge3 on the charge last night and forgot to take it off before bed.

One of my girlfriends has taught me to buy salads at the grocery store as an easy way to have salad and when only 1 person, I don’t waste like I did when I bought the individual ingredients.

So I am sharing some thoughts as well as some food I have been eating. We moved a week ago into a smaller place. And I have been thinking I want a tiny house however just moving to a smaller trailer as made me question that idea. I can't seem to give up stuff to make things more comfortable. So maybe I'm not ready for a tiny house.

Now when we moved my grandson came to help his Mom, Step-Dad and me move. He is a health nut. He got a lot of salad stuff and we had salad pulse meat. He has went back to Texas we are in IL. Anyway we are still eating salads we even went to the store today and got more salad fixings. I am really enjoying the salads. So this is my bingo squares.

We had homemade macaroni and cheese. The macaroni was gluten free brown rice based and thickening was corn starch. We had broccoli as the veggie. No desert.

Now I have found this topic I will try to post more often here. I have ate well even though I ate lunch with 2 granddaughters and great granddaughter at a buffet—baked chicken, green beans, carrots, cabbage, healthy salad with just veggies and no dressing, small spoon of sugar free dessert. Supper tonight was a another spinach dijon salad again without dressing.

Last night I had roasted cauliflower with a little parmesan cheese for my main dish. The roasting made the cauliflower sweeter and more flavorful. Added a piece of fruit and it was a great meal!

a cold rainy icy morning but thankful since it was to be snow ! But Racey is not happy so once i get dressed with get him out . meting another cousin for a late breakfast so we call it brunch (10AM) then a stop at the gym and home to check my today list and get busy . meal planning is a must. have not been shopping since my neighbor fell . so it will be odd shopping for just me . might go to another store i like.
i agree Bingo is fun.
