It's 28 feels like 19 with a high of 43 for today much cooler start than yesterday. Davis Almost all green on Fit Bit Charge3 just missed floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal and had 15,277 steps. Got in a great Legs and 20 min row instead of stair master since not sure back could handle it. Today's workout plan is 5 min row to warm up and Chest/Shoulders and to finish with a legs circuit.

It's 36 feels like 28 now but was in the 50's this morning and cooled off real quick. Got in a great Legs and 20 min cardio workout this evening. All of my workouts are now in my app so I'm ready to go for the month.

Got my strips sewn together, ready to start my cuddle blanket tomorrow.

It's 64 feels like 63 with a high of 64 for today but started out in the 50's this morning. Almost all green yesterday just missed floors and active minutes. Came up 49 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal while sitting in church last night. Had 16,645 steps for the day. Unsure of the workout plan for tomorrow since my new Monday workout isn't in the app but will wait until tomorrow morning and check again.

Quiet day today. Had fun trying a new recipe with David and it came out pretty good. We named it a pork stir fry with chicken bouquet.

Won't know until later this afternoon my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times of day and number of days.

Got in a great 20 min treadmill walk and Biceps/Glutes yesterday and today Chest/Abs and 20 min elliptical. Get new workouts on Monday and start fresh. Won't know until sometime tomorrow afternoon my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times of day and number of days.

New month - new goals - lets do this

Just to cover my bases...

Glad the temperature is rising in South Georgia and not as cold. Yes it is cold but not freezing.

Yep, I'm in Winnipeg too. It's cold, but nothing we can't handle...lol... cars on the other hand are having issues.

I'm in VA, too! It is too cold for school in my opinion. Those poor children out waiting for the bus. EEEk!

Almost all green on my Fit Bit charge3 yesterday but missed floors, active minutes and barely calories burned. Achieved my steps per hour goal and had 14,252 steps yesterday. Instead of getting out in this frigid cold I got in a great arm circuit 3 sets of 10 reps alternating between side raises and front raises, biceps curls, shoulders presses, and chest presses using my resistance tubes. Today's workout plan is 20 min of cardio then Biceps/Quads after rolling out on the foam roller to begin my workout then roll out again after my workout is finished.
