Today's workout plan is Chest and Chest/Triceps Circuit tracked first on my body space app then on the gym app after. I have 2 more days today and tomorrow before my regular vitamins get here when the post office carrier brings the mail. Decided this morning to put my Versa on the charge at 66% just because it might get under 50% later today and I won't have time to charge it until tomorrow afternoon.

Got in a great Back/Biceps and 20 min row yesterday and today's plan is Legs and 20 min escalator (stair master) or other cardio machine. Going to the gym early or about my normal time to have my trainer measure me since I kinda forgot this last month.

It's 63 but started out in the 30's this morning so warmed up nicely. Fit quote for today: The difference between try and triumph is just a little umph!--Marvin Phillips Motivational quote for today: What comes easy won't last, what lasts won't come easy. Almost all green yesterday just missed floors but achieved my steps per hour goal and had 14,777 steps. Got in a great Back/Biceps and 20 min row this evening. Ordered my regular vitamins and a different pre-workout from 1st Phorm and should hopefully have it by weeks end since it's coming from St. Louis, Mo. Decided that instead of depending on my trainer to get it for me I'd order myself and have it sent to my house. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min on stair master or other cardio.

It's 52 feels like 50 but started out in the upper 30's/lower 40's this morning. Fit quote for today: If you stay ready, you don't have to get ready.--Will Smith Motivational quote for today: With belief and action all things are possible. Almost all green yesterday just missed floors but achieved my steps per hour goal and had 16,714 steps. Work schedule changed for today so have to modify my Legs Circuit and 20 min walk to a home workout from a gym workout. Bought some awesome dried fruit it's called Crispy Fruit all apple can't describe the taste but they are Gluten Free, Vegan, Dairy Free, Peanut Free, Tree Nut Free and no sugar added. For a 0.35oz bag it's just 35 calories and under 10grams of carbs and sugar.

Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow afternoon to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for 5 days but will take 4 if that's all schedule will allow.

It's 54 feels like 50 but started out in the 40's and scattered rain showers this morning. Fit quote for today: Perseverance is not a long race; it is many short races one after another.--Walter Elliot Motivational quote for today: Difficulties in life are intended to make us better, not bitter.--Dan Reeves Almost all green yesterday just missed floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal and had 15,196 steps. Got in a great Chest Circuit and Chest/Triceps Circuit then did some abs and a bunch of stretches as I need to get back to stretching after my workouts. Gym rest day tomorrow but Friday's workout is 15 min on treadmill then Shoulders/Legs. Got the bumper and screen protector for my Versa today and it was so hard to get the band back on that don't think I'll change bands anytime soon. Had to have a guy at the nail salon who owns an apple watch to get the band back on.

Almost all green yesterday just missed floors but achieved my steps per hour goal and had 16,603 steps. Got in a great Legs Circuit and 20 min treadmill walk yesterday. Today's workout plan is Back/Biceps and 20 min row followed by Legs and 20 min on stair master or other cardio machine. Back is feeling better but still going to use Bio-Freeze before my workout and maybe buy more Icy/Hot patches.
