It's 54 feels like 52 with a high of 57 for today but started out in the mid 30's this morning. Fit quote for today: Never go backward. Attempt, and do it with all your might. Determination is power.---Charles Simmons Motivational quote for today: Relax and move with the flow of life by being unafraid of change. Almost all green yesterday just missed floors and active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and had 13,776 steps. Got in a great Legs Circuit AMRAP did 6 full rounds and 3 exercises into round 7 in 20 min. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow afternoon to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping to get into the gym all 5 days but if not then will get in all 5 workouts in 4 days.

Angela I must remember to tell that one to my friends. LOL. My feelings exactly some weeks.

Today was just morning exercise class and I got to eat lunch with family and 3 great granddaughters. I love to watch them eat and interact with each other. Maybe one day I will see all the great grands playing together.

Today's workout plan is Legs and 15 min on treadmill probably broken up in to 5 min treadmill walk at 3.4 the jog for 5 min at 4.0 and walk 5 min at 3.2 to finish up.

My healthy foods for week 5 have been salads for lunches and also been having strawberries and blackberries for breakfast with 90 calorie yogurt. So good!
