Morning everyone! sorry for the late final results but ACK! lol. Work is horrible at the moment, it's not only end of month but we're also getting the offices repainted and later this week they will be pulling my desk out (it's built in) to re do all the carpets! so NOT very productive at the moment and keep getting interupted *sigh* oh well, i made it tho! Rapunzel your on the May list and i'll go check the may board soon (I'm sure our lovely Kali has made it while i've been stuck smelling paint!

Ok, final resutls for April! Did you know that out of a total of 10745 mintues to do... we did all but 1784! that's fantastic! well done everyone!

So it's been a while since I updated last...hoping to pick it up this up coming week.

Hi all! omg what a week! Short 4 day week here but it feels like it's been a 20 day straight week!!! AAARRGGGHH! on the positive side, i walked to work on Wednesday, and this time it took less then an hour (only a few minutes less but last time i did it, it took 1.25 hours!!!)

Yes, food poisoning on Easter. We had fast food for lunch and I put salsa on my salad - trying to be low cal and all... Big mistake. My dinner that night got rave reviews but of course I wasn't eating anything.

You know the moral of this story, right? Fast food is bad for you, in more ways than one!

I'm all better now. But no more salsa for me unless I open the jar myself!

I got food poisoning at the beginning of March, so I know exactly how you feel. Don't try to do too much you'll only make yourself weaker.

Just take good care of yourself. I think that sometimes we get sick just because our body needs to send us a message!!!

I'm at home recovering from a hand surgery so I have a lot of time to exercise and make up for the past months I couldn't because of crazy work schedule!!!

I also use the Wii Fit and Wii Sport mostly for fun but I'll do the endurance steps while wathing TV, instead of eating which I use to do before!

Keep up the good work - I'm watching you!
