I am activley using it and love it. I do 2 per day. Cardio always and then I alternate between total body, lower body and abs. (I really don't like the yoga one so I skip it all together)
I did really well last year losing 18lbs and 18.5 inches in 3 months with TMT. Now I am back to it after a very long groin injury recovery.
