I am activley using it and love it. I do 2 per day. Cardio always and then I alternate between total body, lower body and abs. (I really don't like the yoga one so I skip it all together)
I did really well last year losing 18lbs and 18.5 inches in 3 months with TMT. Now I am back to it after a very long groin injury recovery.

Update: I noticed last night I can do more pushups! Still with bent knees, but with proper form, without the airborne butt. At this rate I'll get off the knees in no time. And my new cross-trainers stopped the knee pain, yay.

I'm on a (brief) break while I wait for my cross-trainers to arrive from Zappos.com! After about 5 days, following the schedule (usually 3/day), my knees were bothering me and I thought, "maybe my walking sneakers aren't the best choice for this". emoticon
Hopefully the new kicks will arrive today or tomorrow and I can get back on it. I think the workouts are way motivating -- so easy to think, "oh it's just another 10 minutes, I can do the last one".
I haven't seen results yet but I haven't really looked yet -- to avoid frustration I decided to only weigh and measure myself monthly. My pants are fitting better, though, and my posture is a bit better!

I'm actively using! I'm finishing up the end of week 1, following the calendar and doing 3 videos/day. Those of you who are using, what do you think? Have you seen results?

I'm going to see if I can do it daily and follow the calander. Today was day 1, lol, couldn't get through it all, but did most of it. I'm sure I'll improve when I get the moves down pat

NIKYNIKY, O I wish our path would have crossed sooner. I decided to just use TMT to supplement my core workout. I started Chalean Extreme last week.

Maybe we can still work something out. What days do you plan on working out? Are you going to follow the calendar that came with the program?
Maybe we can just check on each other to see that we are getting our work outs in. Sound good? :)

I just picked one up this weekend (since Santa didn't give me one) and I'm starting tomorrow. I would enjoy a buddy to keep me company on this journey, if you are interested?

I found the workouts challenging and intense for the time you spend on it. A very good workout overall, I will sometimes do 2 or 3 of the workouts on the calendar, I use so many BB products and I really do like the variety because I can pick and choose the amount of time I have to spend on my workout and choose accordingly. Spark advocates a lot of 10 min workouts, if this is what you have, use it and track every day, and you will see visible results.

Hi There,
I got TMT for Christmas, but I only use to supplement when I am short on time. About 2-3x a week.
