Wow, thank goodness for food tracking here at Sparkpeople. Without it, the "snacks" just keep creeping in. Making a good habit of tracking really shuts that down.
I find if I get hungry I now, i look for healthier low carb natural foods that won't spike my glucose and the tracking really shows me how each food ranks with carbs and calories.
