Deep breathing, yoga, hugs, massage, emoticon emoticon walking,esp in nature. There are some herbs and essential oils that help too. Let me know if you are interested in them.

I have an issue w/ stress! I know it's causing my blood pressure to go up again, and I certainly don't want to go back on medicine. What should I do as far as maybe some type of stress relief? I would take any advice....thank you in advance
