Heaviest! 15 pounds shy of totally pregnant weight.

I wish there were less emphasis on the number cause though I am fatter than I have ever been before in some way I am much healthier. I am still pretty active and I am less yo-yo y about my eating habits. I am more determined than ever to just love my body.

For me, it's somewhere in between. Started on SP at my heaviest, 174 pounds. Got down to 134, slowly through better nutrition and increased exercise. Got hooked on running which got me to my lowest weight. Then for some reason as I tackled greater distances (up to Half Marathons), the weight very slowly crept back on. Today I weighed in at 156 pounds.Still, it's significantly less than when I started and the comparison in non-scale measures is overwhelmingly positive. At worst, I'm overweight, but in terrific shape. All in all, it could be a lot worse!

Are we at our heaviest or lightest? For me it's the former.
