BBM is free. Not sure why someone would get charged for it?

I tried WhatsApp once, didn't really like it so I uninstalled it.

I also heard it's only free for so long. Not sure how someone got charged for BBM that is free through Research in Motion.

This is a good App, but I have heard and read that it comes with problems as well. I personally have not used it. Maybe once all teh security bugs are worked out, then I would be more apt to use it.

Hi
I noticed that someone said they had been charged for BB messenger - there is a great App which is free called WhatsApp which is a similar thing to BBM, I live in scotland and us it all the time with a friend in California - its a great way to stay in touch and is definitely free.
